Awesome is the word to describe the Xtreme Roan Adventures. This was the 5th Kid’s Naturalists Rally and judging by the excitement, it was really Awesome.

For more outdoor family fun be sure to see the Friends of Roan Mountain website. They will hold their 51 st Annual Fall Naturalists Rally on September 6, 7, & 8, 2013. There are 26 activities and events not including the dinners. And there are nine “kid friendly” hikes and activities. This is a good way to continue your Xtreme Roan Adventures.

LOST and FOUND:
While cleaning up after the Xtreme Roan Adventures on Saturday July 27, we found this really neat dip net.
It is 15″ over all and 7″ wide. Ken (423) 538-3419.
